I am trainer Donna. You can find me awake before the sunrises most days of the week. I like to start my day working out and helping my clients. You can also find me among the stars at Starcycle, Happy Valley. I am always working on myself and my clients with KD Elite Fitness. Training for me has always been mental. I have to push myself through every session and it is how I stay grounded in life with my busy family of three teenage kids and a supportive husband. It’s such an honor to show up to give the gift of strength, power, commitment to oneself to help my clients day in and day out. If you can learn to push yourself hard in the gym the rest will fall into place.
