I am trainer Rachael Galpern. I’m a mom to two crazy amazing teenagers and married to my high school sweetheart (A.K.A MY LOBSTER!).
Being an athlete is in my blood. Ever since I was little I was obsessed with softball and basketball, I fell in love with the athletic training speed and agility of it all. I was blessed to compete all through high school. Physical competition is still my JAM! Which is why in my early 30’s it was a natural segway to become Les Mills certified in their Bodypump and GRIT training programs.
I have been a group fitness instructor for the past 11 years and now personal training. Seeing clients and members grow from not being able to do 1 push up to 10, watching them take many breaks to catch their breath to watching the badass look of amazement on their face when they just kept up with the entire workout gives me LIFE!! Its a rush I crave.
When I am not training clients during the week or getting my own butt whooped, you can find me on Saturday’s with KD sweating it out with the crew getting down with some HIIT Training. I am a firm believer that in order for us to run faster, jump higher we have to strength train.
