What is a CUT?

A cut is a period of eating at a calorie deficit as a means to lose body fat while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible.

What does it mean to Cut with Me?

You will be given an individualized plan to undergo a cut alongside Krisha for 8 weeks in an intimate setting via a private page on Facebook where you will not only be walking through the process yourself, you will see into her intimate moments of her going through the exact same process you will be going through. 

This program will be unlike any program you have seen or heard about. Krisha is going to bring her personal experience and professional experience to light after working with hundreds of clients. 

Previously the only access to the KD Elite Nutrition Programming was as a training client. This September Krisha has decided to offer this service to a small group of people.

Balance
  • You’ll have your own custom plan based on YOUR OWN UNIQUE PERSONAL LIFE. Not some cookie cutter numbers. 

  • You’ll learn about macros. What’s most important within them to meet your goals. 

  • Are your food choices supporting or making your plan harder? 

  • Most importantly, you will also learn how not to diet.  

  • A fat loss program is a short term tool. *NOT* a lifestyle. 

  • You will also learn to watch for signs and symptoms that you have gone too far or too long in a diet.

Planning
  • You will learn what and when Krisha eats, how to strip it down and properly weigh, measure and monitor the process. 

  • A Birds Eye view of just what happens when a plan detours. 

  • How to plan and prepare for social events. 

  • How to properly measure your food. Do you have to? (not always). 

  • To log or not to log. We have options for both. 

  • You’ll learn the most common mistakes.
