Message frequency varies based on your training schedule (typically several messages per week, on training days only). Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile phone number and any information collected in connection with text messaging will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us at support@kdelitefitness.com.

Social Media Sharing. We may share training progress, success stories, and related content on our official social media platforms. Any personal information that could identify you is kept private unless we receive your explicit consent; content shared publicly is presented anonymously or pseudonymously.
